However, we acknowledge that there might be extenuating circumstances.
Timeframe of Returning Online Merchandise
Rhodes Code only accepts the return of merchandise purchased online
Our return timeframe for purchases in Lagos, Nigeria is a maximum of three (3) days after delivery. Customers outside Lagos but also in Nigeria can return merchandise within 10 days of delivery.
Conditions for Return of Merchandise
Merchandise that has been wrongly packaged and sent may be returned for correct replacement. In this instance, our company will be liable for delivery cost of both the return and replacement
- Merchandise with production defects can be returned as long as customer can prove beyond reasonable doubt that the defect is from our end. Customer will in this case be responsible for the delivery cost of the return while Rhodes Code will handle the delivery cost for replacement.

Rhodes Code only accepts the return of merchandise purchased online.
We DO NOT accept items where the sewn-in garment tag has been cut or removed (where applicable)
We DO NOT accept items with stain, dirt marks, laundry signs or any other form of damage. Kindly note that assessment and decision of the condition of any returned item is our prerogative and as such, any item we determine is not in perfect condition for return will not be considered for replacement and the customer will have to pay to have the said item returned in the condition we receive it.
We DO NOT refund money for any returned item. Customers who have to return items may choose from our online store any other item that falls with the price of the item(s) being returned. That is, any item that is considered for return by our team can only be replaced with the customer’s choice of item available on our online store at the time of the return. No monetary refunds
We DO NOT accept the return of any promo, sales, clearance or gift item under any circumstances.
